miQ-miRNA fluorescent detection through miQ [miRNA Quenching] mechanism
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding single stranded RNA molecules found in eukaryotic organisms. They are highly conserved and usually 21-23 nucleotides in length. miRNAs are involved in almost all cellular functions and regulate gene expression by binding to the 3' untranslated regions (3' UTRs) of targeted mRNAs. Irregularities in miRNA-regulated gene expression have been found to be associated with cancers, cardiovascular disorders and a variety of other diseases.
LabOmics offers miQ, a novel technology allowing miRNA specific detection in less than 1 hour, using a standard fuorometer.

Identify the miRNA of interest and place order
At this stage human miRNA miQ sensors kits are ready-made for miR-21, miR18a, miR27b, miR-125 and miR-196a.
and for plant, miR-156a, miR-166, miR172, miR159a and miR-160.
Any other miRNA can be delivered as customized, please inquire
Each miQ sensor kit is availalble for 50 reactions (330 Euros) or 100 reactions (550 Euros). A positive control kit of 10 rxns is also availalble for each miRNA (140 euros)
