Exosomes ImmunoBeads
HansaBioMed provides several kinds of Latex Immunobeads for exosome capture and analysis from body fluids and cell culture supernatants which allow downstream analysis such as nucleic acid or proteomic studies. All beads are pre-coupled with antibodies against specific exosomal surface antigens which permit exosome capture directly from body fluids or cell culture supernatants without pre-purification via ultracentrifuge or other methods for exosome isolation.
Latex immunobeads are available in three different size (4 um, 1 um and 0,4 um).
- 4 um beads are simply coupled, antibody is just adsorbed onto the beads surface.
- 1 um and 0,4 um beads are covalently coupled with antibodies. Covalent coating allows high exosome binding and the possibility to detach exosomes from beads that can be reused at least once more.
You can use HBM immunobeads for:
- Exosome isolation from cell culture supernatants and human body fluids (tested for plasma, serum, urine).
- Nucleic acid extraction and analysis (See also total-RNA extraction kit).
- Profile of protein exosome markers.
