AAVS1 safe harbor gene targeting-RGEN (CRISPR) kit-ToolGen-RNP format

AAVS1 safe harbor gene targeting-aRGEN (CRISPR) kit-ToolGen based on sgRNA in RNA format and Cas9 in recombinant, active protein format. This kit is designed to specifically transfer your gene of interest, selection marker or other genetic element into the AAVS1 safe harbor site in human chromosome 19 via CRISPR-Cas9-mediated homologous recombination. In this kit, the AAVS1 sgRNA is delivered in an RNP format, i.e. as 50 µg RNA and the Cas9 as 100 µg recombinant active protein. This original combination avoids the use of sgRNA and Cas9 epression DNA vectors that could integrate throughout the genome. Plus, the sgRNA and the Cas9 do not need to be expressed in the target cells, they are immediately active upon transfection. We recommend to use electroporation systems such as Nucleofection or Neon system to deliver the AAVS1 RNP and donor DNA into the target cells.
